Lisa
President of operations
Lisa leads all departments and ensures high customer satisfaction through constant attention to detail. She manages strategic business development, setting goals and objectives to drive the company towards maximum growth. Lisa is responsible for billing all projects across the board and handles day to day accounts payable & receivable. She also works closely with the project managers to make sure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Charlie
Vice president
Charlie directs the field team and coordinates with contractors to meet the desired schedule constraints. His work ethic is strong and he leaves nothing to chance, double checking quality throughout projects and ensuring the company’s work lives up to the highest of standards. Charlie develops and maintains positive working relationships with contractors by making sure completed projects meet the clients’ specifications.
Robert
Project manager
Robert develops quantity takeoffs for each project by interpreting plans, specifications, and maintaining a high level of accuracy to make sure quantities and cost estimates are precise. He reviews changes in scope, clarifications, and RFI’s while also staying actively engaged with current projects. Robert coordinates with the field and office team to ensure ongoing projects run smoothly.
Patty
Bid Coordinator
Patty prepares budgets, proposals, and all supporting documents required for successful bids. She tracks the status of bids, to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and any changes to the original plans are incorporated into the cost breakdown. Patty creates work orders and work in progress reports for the field and office team to stay consistent and on schedule.
